According to the most excellent Xbox360Fanboy website, we can expect to be able to download a Skate 2 demo from the Xbox Live Marketplace sometime between the 8th and 15th of Jan!

This is what I have been waiting for!  News about the EA Skate 2 skate.reel video editor!
It seems that EA and Black Box have been listening to Skate 1 players and have allowed much more control on the filming sections of Skate 2.
